Download .zip file not recognized by winzip

Just purchased a theme from this site and the .zip downloads aren't recognized by Winzip. I zip and unzip all day, never seen this before. I have tried both download and open, but no luck with unzipping the files. Using the File Downloads in MyAccount area. Any suggestions?

Could you try opening the file using winrar? and recheck if the file is completely downloaded.

No luck with winrar. All methods tell me .zip file is corrupt. I will contact support offline and get my files some other way or cancel the order. thanks.
