Most of our themes will be packaged in the following structure :

Filename :
theme_name-theme_version.zip
example: zenith-7.1.0.zip

Upon unzipping the files :

folder: theme_name
example: folder: zenith

This is the theme files folder as Drupal Standard. Inside this folder usually will contain
the templates files, css files, images files, icon files and jQuery script files. The content of those files and folder will vary upon one theme to another.

This folder needs to be uploaded to either one of these folders in your drupal installation folder :
1. sites/all/themes/ (recommended)
2. themes/

This file will contain a screenshot of the configuration of themes and modules contained in the package as the demo site. it is meant to be a quick guide for configuring the theme.

You don't need to upload this folder to the server

There will be several module files, you can determine this by looking for "xxxxx.module" files inside the directory.

This folder need to be uploaded to either one of these folders in your drupal installation folder :
1. sites/all/modules/ (recommended)
2. modules (highly not recommended)

This folder will contain files like "xxxxx.psd" which is the photoshop design file for the particular theme.

You don't need to upload this folder, this folder is included if you want to change the theme design with photoshop.

Upon Uploading :

You will need to enable the theme and configure the theme from standard drupal theme configuration path, then enable and configure the modules from standard drupal module configuration path.

VicTheme.com newer theme release have a field in the theme configuration area where you can input your custom copyright notice.

For older theme release, one may need to edit page.tpl.php and search for the copyright html entry and edit it manually.

Most of the slider has a screenshot of the configuration pages, but in general :

1. You'll need to upload vt_slider_api, and vt_.... (example vt_paralax_slider) folder to sites/all/modules. Dont upload the entire modules zip content, example :

Folder vt_paralax_slider_7x-1.0 will contains :
a. Configuration Image Screenshots -> dont upload this
b. vt_paralax_slider -> upload this, this is the module directory
c. vt_slider_api -> upload this, this is the vt_slider_api directory needed by most of VicTheme slider modules

2. Enable the modules at admin/modules (usually under VicTheme Slider Modules fieldset)

3. Visit the slider configuration dashboard at admin/config/vt_slider , always configure the vt_slider_api first by choosing the content type that you wish to become a slider item. then configure the options for the slider module that you enabled (eg. paralax slider)

4. Go to block configuration page and put the enabled slider module (eg. paralax slider) to the block region.

5. Go to node add page (eg. node/add/article) that you select as the content type for the slider, in the vertical tabs below you'll see the tabs for creating the slider.

6. After you save the node, you'll see the it in the block region where you put the slider block in.

If you experience the problem of not being able to download files after subscribing for a membership, it may be because:
1. Your download quota as a member has been reached.
2. Your membership hasn’t yet received the roles upgrade it was supposed to have.
If you’re experiencing the first issue, then it simply means that you have downloaded too much or that your download quota has incorrectly been counted. All you need to do is wait until the next refresh interval has elapsed and your download credits will be restored. If you need more download credits during the month, simply upgrade your membership plan to a higher level where you can receive more.

To upgrade the membership plans, please contact support@victheme.com with both your username and email address so that we can determine the cost for upgrading your account to the next tier in the following month. Please email the same address if you feel that your download quota has been incorrectly calculated for the month. We’ll be happy to help you reset the quota to the actual amount.

For any other problems, such as if your account has yet to be credited for a membership upgrade, the first thing you should do is check your Paypal account and confirm that the payment has been completed. If the Paypal payment was sent successfully, simply send us an email at support@victheme.com along with a payment record from Paypal and we’ll take care of things from there. We hope that never happens, but sometimes glitches do occur!

You are welcome to cancel your membership at any time directly through Paypal or by sending us an email with both your username and a statement confirming that you’re ready to cancel your account.

Because of errors with caching, occasionally the download link provided for a particular product will be incorrectly distributed to a customer. If you encounter a problem like this, try redownloading the page through your default download page on your membership dashboard. If you can’t find the same page or package to download through your dashboard, send an email to support@victheme.com and we’ll aid you through the process.

What this means is that one of the files that you’re trying to download has met the IP address and download count limit before May 10th, 2010. If you purchased the file before this date and are still unable to download the file, send an email to support@victheme.com to request us to refresh the download and IP limit on the file you’re trying to download.

Sometimes, because of a high server load on our end, or because of improper transfer of Paypal information to our accounts, downloads that have been purchased fail to add themselves to your download page and return value the order went through but the dedicated server fails to add the download file to the download page. If this problem happens to you, we not only apologize, we ask that you please send us an email so that we can take care of the problem for you. Email support@victheme.com and we’ll repair the file on your download page, as well as email you the file so that you have it in a timely manner.

If you lose a file on your hard drive that you downloaded from our website, you’re welcome to redownload that file at any time by simply going to your dashboard’s download page and downloading the file again. This can be done as many times as you’d like.

Currently, we only accept payments from Paypal. If you are able to pay through your Paypal account using a credit card, then you’re more than welcome to do that as well.

This happens sometimes. All you need to do is send us an email along with some form of proof that you purchased the file and we’ll happily email you a copy of the file you’re looking for.

Of course! All you have to do is send us an email detailing what it is about the file you’ve downloaded that you’re not happy with. This helps us improve our database and make a great experience for all users. Your payment will be refunded within 7 days of the purchase date of your product, so be sure to send us an email quickly if you’re not happy with something!

All you have to do is send us an email request about a module that you’ve purchased and we’ll send you back a quote for how much it will cost to make the module work well with your site.

Because all sites are different, we can’t throw out a ballpark figure for how much a “basic” site would cost.

If you need a color modification done on a certain module, we’d be happy to do it for a small fee. The fee depends on which theme it is you’d like to change the color of. Because not all of the themes featured on the site were designed by us, there may be some difficulties with the coding of new colors for themes that weren’t designed by us.
